Overview
The Hauppauge HVR2200 is an OEM product designed for system integrators and PC manufactures that is a true “all in one” TV solution for Media Centre PC's. Hauppauge have designed the HVR2200 as a low profile single-lane PCIe card that ships with both half and full height mounting brackets. The card has state-of-the-art dual silicon Digital (SD/HD) and Analogue TV Tuners with super fast channel switching and stereo FM radio (FM antenna provided). The analogue inputs are enhanced by an on-board MPEG hardware encoder. The card has a single RF input for all tuners and separate analogue inputs for connection to set-top boxes. Also available as an optional extra is an Analogue break out cable which connects to the HVR2200's internal feature connector providing a secondary analogue input. Also supported is Windows Vista S3 mode which is popular with many media centre builders.

Record analogue TV shows to your PC's hard disk using our hardware MPEG-2 encoder. TV recordings will typically take 1,5 Gb of disk space per hour.
